New York Bridal Bootcamp

I’ve been on a workout kick; basically bridal bootcamp here in New York. If you know me at all, you’ll know that I hate working out. But I just recently I’ve found a few classes in New York City that I love, and I’m feel motivated: spinning at Soul Cycle and Core Fusion Barre at Exhale. Ugh, my legs are so sore that I am walking around like a sumo wrestler. It hurts so good! (But so bad). So, here I am, taking a day off from the gym, and searching the web for the cutest and best workout necessities around and sharing with you my workout playlist!

Girl Avant Garde on Instagram

Hola and Happy New Year! I’m back from my end of year hiatus and I apologize for going MIA for these past few weeks. The end of the year was pretty much crazy between my new job, wedding planning, and traveling to Chile. So that’s why I wanted to share with you some of my recent Instagram photos, in case you’re not already following along! It’s been much easier for me to update my feed more regularly there. But don’t worry, I don’t plan to leave you again for that long – I have lots in store for 2014 here on the blog, including more traveling posts (hello, honeymoon!), wedding posts (bachelorette party 2014!), and of course some fun outfit posts along the way. Stay tuned! xoxo

Worker Chic

Sweater – Ann Taylor | Pants – Ann Taylor| Shoes - BCBG ℅ DSW | Purse –  ℅ Jess Rizzuti

Another week, another work outfit. I’ve been wearing this black and white sweater to work – a few too many times. It’s so Chanel-esque, no? There is something so classic about a black and white combination, that you just can’t go wrong. Especially paired with pointy toe heels (my DSW score, which I’ve been wearing (just about) everyday.
