Berry Parfait


Nutritionists say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I say it’s the most delicious. But the problem is that there are so many unhealthy delicious options that are hard to resist, like pancakes, waffles, etc. Also, who has the time? So during the week I tend to stick to yogurt, but to kick it up a notch I love making this berry parfait. It’s so easy and healthy. All you need are three ingredients: yogurt (I like Dannon Vanilla Light N Fit), fruit of choice (my favorites are strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries), and granola (not pictured here, but Bear Naked is delish). Create layers: first yogurt, then fruit, then granola, then repeat and bon appetit!
