Happy Friday! This week was wonderful because the weekend began Wednesday evening. (Personally, I feel like all work weeks should end on Wednesdays.) I’m visiting my family in New Jersey until Sunday, and am already enjoying the quiet suburb life a little too much. Between tasting about five different cakes on Thanksgiving and Black Friday shopping, it’s obvious why I love the holidays and coming home.

On another note, I have a very special post coming up later today. (Two posts in the day? Yes, this is the blog that just keeps on giving.) So be on the look out! xox

September is flying by and I’ve absolutely had the best few weeks. Everyone has been asking me how I’ve found the time to manage school and my internship and blogging. The days and nights are packed, but if you love something enough, you make time for it, right? Between classes and studying, I’ve filled my time with all the girly things I love (a teeny, tiny bit of shopping, manicures, and farmers market trips). Evenings are mostly spent cuddling with Josh in our apartment and indulging in the Fall season premieres of our favorite shows like Modern Family (and a night out with friends here and there).

No class next Monday = 3 day weekend, and I’ll miss Josh over the next few days while I enjoy time with my family in New Jersey. Josh must get some work done, but just like Lucy did Ricky, I’ll drive him crazy in the process. So I’ll be on the other side of the river, sleeping late, apple picking, dog walking, and dining with my family (oh, and studying!).

Happy weekend to you all!

{Loving philosophy products as of late}

My nail polish is chipped and I’ve been eating sour gummy worms faster than you can say “Gabby Douglas”. That’s how you can tell that I’m completely stressed. Today I’m taking the MPRE (state ethics test for lawyers), and I’m beyond nervous. I don’t think I’m unethical, so it shouldn’t be a problem, but that doesn’t mean that the perfectionist in me isn’t the slightest bit (very) worried. Still, I have these photos from my life lately to look back on to make myself feel better. And I know that in two hours I’ll be finished, and looking ahead to a fun-filled weekend!
